Bluetooth Optical Probe OP-740
With Android Meter Data Collection Library
Overview
Bluetooth Optical Probe OP-740 consists of two parts: a Bluetooth optical probe and an Android library file for programmers and developers. By implementing this library file in the meter reading application, programmers will be able to easily establish a connection between the Bluetooth optical probe and their application. OP-740 is a two-way interface for transferring data compliant with the IEC62056-21 mode E and C and IEC62056-31 standard between the meter and the reading device, and if necessary, it can also communicate in Transparent mode. The information exchange between the probe and the meter is done through the optical port and the data is transferred to the Android device via Bluetooth wireless waves.
